Richard G. Topp, CPA has been with the TMH since it’s origins in 1977. A native of Gulfport, he graduated from Mississippi State University. He believes that each area in the state has its own unique set of amenities that produce wonderful people who go on to create businesses in various fields. These entrepreneurs are the people he loves to work with, both in business and family life. Richard specializes in the areas of retirement and financial planning.
